I'm not sure that wouldn't be cause for celebration given the tales he's been telling. Sometimes sanity is more important than money. Not often. Just sometimes.

Sanity matters more than money when you've already got food, shelter and clothing. If John still has a mortgage, then I'd say it would be unwise to try to make that call by posting his intentions in a public website.
