Google Italy bosses found guilty[^] To quote from the news article: "If individuals like myself and my Google colleagues who had nothing to do with the harassing incident, its filming or its uploading onto Google Video can be held criminally liable solely by virtue of our position at Google, every employee of any internet hosting service faces similar liability..." So now someone at hosting companies such as Google, have to personally check over EVERY video that is uploaded? It seems to be a bit bonkers to me.

All they need to do is get Berlusconi to buy stock and prosecution of Google employees would probably be made illegal. Hell, they'd be able to get away with murder. :-D
