I have be Assigned to My Company's SharePoint Administration,Troubleshooting and Server Farm Upkeep. My Boss did not install Sharepoint in the company but He has Full access to all Sites and Functions(GOD RIGHTS).He does not know how he got them or what group where to add people to so they can do the same ?? According to Microsoft, this can't happen but it is and we like but not just for him. Can somebody Please point me in right Direction or knows where this PowerUser group is???

My first guess would be that your boss has been added to the site or farm administrators group by whoever installed SharePoint. It sounds as though you, your boss, and the company need to get some training on SharePoint before trying to use it. It is a great tool, but it requires knowledge to use it effectively.
