Hi I want to create an article but I don't want to publish it in English! but in Spanish! Could it be aproved? I want to speak in spanish cause is my native language and I couldn't miss understanding any idea or I don't know... si alguien ha publicado algo en español, me ayudaria mucho, ya que no lo hago por q se me hace que ni lo aprobaran jaja :laugh: bueno gracias!!! :-D

No Spanish, I'm afraid, since this is an international site and its primary language is English. You can, however, publish your article here in English, and then publish a copy at El Guille's[^] site , or vice versa. Code Project is a great site full of great people and there are many of us that can help you with the English translation. Cheers.

Translators are usually not accurate. While they can hint you, you can easily notice when a translator was used. As an example, see the translation[^] that Google did on Walt's Spanish text: clearly not a perfect translation. The main source of this problem is the difference between language semantics. For example, English verb "to be" can be translated to "ser" or "estar", depending on whether the subject has a transitory or perpetual property. The sentence "I am smart" can be translated to "estoy listo" if you mean that at this point in time you made something particularly intelligent, or "soy listo" if you usually do intelligent things. English doesn't make this distinction (nor any other language I'm aware of) while Spanish actually does. And there are many other examples as this one, and I'm sure each language has its own set of unique features. So, I'd say that the chances of Walt using a translator are really low.

HOWEVER, if you want to post a non-English version somewhere else and link to it, I think that would be fine until Chris comes up with some sort of enabling technology. BUT, I think if you want to post a non-English version, you should be *required* to post the English version *first* (and it must be approved before you can post your non-English version..
