Was going to argue this, but rag covered it. And yes, I'll admit that SOMETIMES he does accidentally spout a grain of truth, but the signal-to-noise ratio is as bad as the SETI program.

It's close enough... It's not solid enough for a legal document, but it gets the point across... He thinks everyone is brainwashed and unable to think for themselves, but meanwhile he's completely brainwashed by Alex Jones and his ilk. See, YOUR opinions, I may not agree with, but you can actually debate and defend. josda, wherever he ran off to, does an excellent job of backing up his viewpoints... CSS can't even make an argument without contradicting himself.

Which is not an example of hypocrisy. It would be hypocrisy only if he pretended to believe what he posts, but, being brainwashed, he does believe it. He is not intelligent enough to spot the inconsistencies in his posts; when they are pointed out to him, he thrashes around trying to justify them, finally resorting to insult or silence, but still believing that he is somehow right. He will then return to post again all that has been shown to be false. A sure sign of the true believer.

I think he lacks the intelligence to think through his feelings fully and thus come to a position where he can argue his point. (Since as you know most of us funtion off feeling as the prime motivator) He also like to take the verbally strongest stance he can, and uses language as wild as is needed to acchieve that, which often distracts his detractors. Its easier to argue with the language than the message after all.

Hmmm, I think you might be right... I was interpreting the definition as not practicing what you preach... But if he's really deluded enough to believe everything he's saying, then there's some other term that applies... Which I can't think of right now.

That, and he just steers the conversation elsewhere if someone disproves him... I've never once seen him admit a mistake, or admit that he's wrong when he's been conclusively proven such.

Ian, perhaps Henize suffers from "blinkered vision" more than most.

when you are arguing against "Arguing with me is like arguing with god." you really can't argue the language and not the message...

If I have accidentally said something witty, smart, or correct, it is purely by mistake and I apologize for it.
