Goodbye Fatty Brown (fingers crossed)

Just hours away from the UK General Election. Please, the electorate, send that sack of useless shit back to Scotland!

If only that can be guaranteed. Depending on how bad Cameron fares, and how good Clegg fares. With a hung Parliament most likely, even if he finishes in 3rd place by popular vote, he still has the right, as outgoing Prime Minister, to continue as Prime Minister to try to form a minority government. That right to try to form a government has a legal precedence.

True, but I'm expecting a (very small) Tory majority. That said, maybe an electoral system shake-up would be a good thing. One thing I think is certainly true is that there's going to be the biggest turn out this election since '97 and possibly a lot longer still. That'd shove the polls into a cocked hat. We'll meet, sir, on the hustings!

I think the term you are looking for is... "Incompetent, lying, theiving, cyclopian, jug-eared, hang-jawed, arrogant, bullying sack of useless shit"

Clegg certainly has got the interest of the young first time voters somewhat roused. Must have been that first TV debate that did that.

As an activist for the Tory Party, I very much doubt that.

Work with the local party, post the leaflets, on the knock and contribute time, money and effort. I am helping tomorrow to fetch people out to the voting centers and doing the 'running', getting polls back to central office, that sort of thing. This country needs to be shot of that fat bastard, and get a Conservative Government back in control.

It was, I believe, Flaubert, who, in 'Madame Bovary', said "inside every revolutionary is a policeman". And it was Robert Holmes who said "Every oligarchy gets the police force it deserves" You can take your pick as to which one applies in this case :)

Good Luck. We gotta wait till November 6, 2012 to get rid of our US sack of useless sh*t.

If you manage it, then consider yourself lucky. We had to wait 8 years to get rid of the last worse than useless sack of shit.
The wonderful thing about the Darwin Awards is that everyone wins, especially the members of the audience.

Wasn't able to do that this time but was very active with my local MP to get him elected last time. Hopefully we'll finally get shot of Labour and get the country back to a reasonable state though I fear that whichever party wins inherits a somewhat poisoned chalice. Vessel with the pestle, etc. Spoke to him last night and he was pretty buoyant - if they don't win expect a mass emigration!

Whoever gets in has to administer some pretty foul-tasting medicine, but at least the Tories are telling you this and getting the treatment started ASAP. I foresee a harsh four years, followed by an easing as they prepare for the next election in February 2015. (Standard ploy of incumbent governments, the Labour Party call them in the warmer, dryer months so that there is more chance of their supporters getting out to vote. The Conservatives call in the colder, darker, wetter times, as they tend to own better cars.)

Hopefully, howsoever draconian the measures become, we don't emulate the violent behaviour (yesterday) of Greek citizens. It is sad to see the fabric of Greek society falling apart.

Wishful thinking?
