Hi guys, I saw this company advertise in google, and was researching on ti for a while... just to hire one employee remotely and get some software written. I was wondering if anyone of you have heard any good/bad reviews about this company. Since i will be asking them to sign an NDA and copyright protection for me for all work they do for me, I am sure I should be fine, but just wanted to ensure there have not been any horror stories about their service usage. I could not find any google search on this aspect, so thought i will put it to you all see what comes out. Thanks.

I don't know... Being virtual you'll kind of have to override them or hide them with new developers() :)

Me and this is my 'gut feel' is I would not touch them. Even if they are a reputable company, i would not feel comfortable putting work overseas*. I would always have the feeling that this would come back and bite me one day. The old 'get what you pay for' springs to mind. *not having someone who works for me there to keep direct control on what is going on is the off putting bit. Possible language barriers also.

Nude developers are fine as long as they're offsite.

For those who had trouble reading the above (as I did), here's the translation:
