I forgot about that. This problem is happening at the source of manufacturing and doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the packaging of the product.

Egads, I was in highschool in the town adjacent to where some of the people died, and recall all the school administrators running from classroom to classroom pleading for everyone to drop off their Tylenols at the office. It was kinda freaky.
