        Make a new Smart Playlist (File menu). From the options dialog, select your search criteria, your song limit (you can select by number of files or total size), and make sure you select Random Selection and Live Update. Each time you refresh the playlist, it will randomly select the songs based on your criteria. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1801[^] for more information on Smart Playlists. :-\ This article[^] also has some tips on creating Smart Playlists along with a (Mac) screenshot of the options dialog. Flynn -- I have waaay too many iPods, heh.
