ToolTip Needed?

Currently there are no tool tips for smileys.Is it really needed tool tips for smileys in post message editor?

There are tooltips. Hover over them.

Still I am not able to see any tool tips on mouse over. I am using Firefox 3.6.6

I think this is a FireFox problem; if you use IETab addon they show same as in IE and Chrome.
