    What does one call something that replaces placeholders in a template with real values? TemplateFillerOuter just isn't how I roll.

    I made something like that for pdf forms the other day. I called it a pdf populator.

      Ah yes, but to be picky, and I love being picky (that's why I would like being a senior contract lawyer), if some of my template placeholders were holding places for form fields, calling something working with it a populator is like calling a property Property. I have many evil examples like that I have done, because it made sense on the inside, and on the outside the user only knew of one Property, the one for sale.
