How do you back up codeproject? Do you trust harddrives alone to keep codeproject safe from electromagnetic bursts?

I'm curious as to who has the fastest processor and most RAM here for their work and home PCs. I really need to upgrade soon.
Mustafa and Chris have me beat, probably many more. I have an i7 870 quad-core 2.9 with nvidia 260, dual 30" monitors.... plus I still have the others I had before.... However, I am probably the only one who has made them all run 100% pegged on all processors consistently for specific work related problems. :) In fact, got a tour tomorrow I am preparing for. :) come to see the new massive calc stuff. Maybe if we get some new funding, I'll upgrade... ;P

2 x i7-860 / OC'd to 3GHz; each w/ 4GB 2GHZ G-Skill RAM; 1 x E4600 dual-core server w/ 4GB RAM; 2 x single core rendering nodes (3GHz), each w/ 2GB RAM, and 1 x XP laptop, single core w/ 1GB RAM and a new Dell laptop (spec's unknown), ostensibly for the wife's work. I have plans for it, though... ;)

If 3D renders count, me too. Although not terribly consistently these days.

Our university laptops have ( i7 core two duo, 2.4 GHz processor, 4 GZ RAM, nVidia 512 MB video memory), and you could play Call of duty modern warfare with no problem. It's Lenovo Thinkpad T-510.

Radio Frequency Propagation. And I have held the calc on an 8 core/3.0ghz machine for 6 minutes. If you queue up calcs... well.... how much memory you got? ;P

@Home: Got a water cooled i7 860 with 4GB RAM. A GTX460 arriving in a week or 2. Also looking at doing the bump to 16GB RAM seeing that 4GB RAM modules are coming down in price rapidly. @Work: Some PoS E5200 or something, and probably the slowest RAM in the world.

Well, in my home machine I have a 3Ghz dual core processor overclocked to 3.6Ghz and 4GB of RAM. I had always intended to upgrade to a quad core but I've never had the need, depends on your usage I suppose.

I have heard that overclocking CPU may create some issues. Have you ever noticed any so far?
