I am not sure if anyone remembers this little gem, but I wonder if anyone has a lead on a good replacement for it. I used to love the way you could build compound booklets out of it and include different document types. It seemed like a very clean concept and am really missing it lately. I get the feeling that I could potentially use something like One-Note, but I am not if I want that much of a free form thing. It seems to be so 'other direction' than Binder was.

I remember it. I don't think there is anything similar, unfortunately.

Ah, "Sammelmappe". I remember the program, but I don't remember how it worked. Anyway, shouldn't every WORD or EXCEL document be able to do the same - host OLE objects?

OneNote was heralded as its replacement, but I don't think many people were happy with it. I'm told that you can install Binder from old MSO2000 discs, if you have them, by deselecting everything else and hitting install, but I haven't tried it.

That makes two of us. My office-mate was saying the other day that he misses it too. Not too many people used it, or knew how to use it. :)
