    Microsoft Vista WTF of the Day http://blogs.msdn.com/b/davbosch/archive/2007/04/28/re-enabling-hibernation-in-windows-vista-after-disk-cleanup.aspx[^] Really? It took me two run-downs of my laptop battery to smell a rat. I can't imagine how a lesser experienced user would fare.

        From what I hear, a lot of the government is still on XP even.

          They are. It takes them a long time to upgrade due to security, bureaucracy, old software and network infrastructure, and probably most importantly - keeping the bureaucracy running as they make the transition.

            A train station is where the train stops. A bus station is where the bus stops. On my desk, I have a work station.... _________________________________________________________ My programs never have bugs, they just develop random features.

              Windows 8 would be the most obvious choice. :)
