this guy wants to know why he didn't get an interview:- thx for reply but this is not fair i can assure you i am the best i have done my education in flying colours what is the thing you not calling me for interview. i know you have the right to refuse but i want to know that this was a fair decision. if you requirment is education and skills i will be in the top i have got distinction......if something else which i think........then cant say anything as this world is very unfair i need to know it put your hand on your heart and tell me if this is fair................... How many times did he fail here? I counted at least 23 spelling, grammar and punctuation errors - I'm sure you'll find more. On top of that he's a whiner, how bad can it get? :sigh:

Maybe he is hoping you slam him with a reply email in such a way that he can raise an affirmative action lawsuit. X| Not looking for a job, looking for a handout. There has to be one company out there that will bite... Hmm... think I just figured out how to retire early.

Tell him that here's a template he can use next time:

        Dear *INTERVIEWER*,

Thank you for your letter of *DATE*. After careful consideration, I
regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your refusal to offer me
a *JOB TITLE* position in your organisation.

This year I have been particularly fortunate in receiving an unusually
large number of rejection letters. With such a varied and promising field
of candidates, it is impossible for me to accept all refusals.

Despite *ORGANISATION NAME* outstanding qualifications and previous experience in
rejecting applicants, I find that your rejection does not meet my needs at
this time. Therefore, I will assume the position of *JOB TITLE*
in your organisation on *DATE*. I look forward to seeing you then.

Best of luck in rejecting future applicants.

        Sincerely,
        *NAME*

Brilliant! I might even try that one day...

I did think along those lines myself - hence I won't be replying, I thought I was doing these guys a favour by at least letting them know. I know how demoralising it is to make applications and not even get a reply never mind an interview.

Ask him to write an essay about why he thinks he deserves the interview over the other more qualified candidates. Send it back proofed.

Spelling and grammar aside. the feel I get is one of frustration ( likely reason for the spelling and grammar), likely has been having a tough time with getting hired. (sigmund_freud_mode.end)
