You could have converted 20 records in the time it took you to complain about it. You could probably have it done by Monday if you were committed to excellance (worked over the weekend). The key is to excel. If you don't have the ambition, find another line of work. Dumping it on a subordinate (especially a NEW subordinate that is unfmaliar with the system) is never the right thing to do.
