That's called seagull management (or sometimes pigeon management)... Fly in, flap your arms and squawk a lot, crap all over everything and fly out again... by _Damian S_

I don't know - I have a hard time imagining any US municipality that would be casual enough to let this go. Too many religious prudes. Just picture the good Mrs. Lovejoy* wailing 'Won't someone think of the children?!?!'. *Simpsons reference, just in case it eluded you. :-D

It's called 'dogging' and has been going on round here for years. Although it is illegal, according to the offence of "outraging public decency", the police have recently decided to protect doggers' human rights[^]. So the message is, don't take your children out into the country.

Just say 'NO' to evaluated arguments for diadic functions! Ash

We apparently have sex clubs where people can go to do this. Can't say as I've heard of much dogging going on in random places that aren't designated for that purpose (though there is plenty of having sex in a public place and hoping to NOT be caught). Maybe putting a sign in place is the best approach, as people who would be offended by the practice can then be sure to avoid it. Maybe, like nude beaches, there should be officially designated dogging locations.

You've never heard of "make-out point" or "the lookout". I think as long as there has been sex, there has been a "place" to go to get some. We of conservative backgrounds simple ignore that most of the time.

Not that any would admit, at least... And not that any of the "busy-bodies" would notice, anyway. ;P
