                Sort of. Da = Give (could be imperative or a simple nominative). mihi = to me. sis = not really translatable in this context, but "of you" or "you are" -- it closes the deal on the verb being imperative (which "I'll have" isn't). "I'll have" would be "volo" or "accipiam".

                I can't believe I remember this completely useless information!
