so, the trouble and strife goes and geta a couple of bunnies for the nipper. All goes well till one morning, the ginger one, named ginger, is found stretched out stone cold. Yep, just plain upped and died on us. I told her to take it back to the shop and get a refund under the sale of goods act, nlkt of fit and merchantable quality since its clearly not up to the task of being a pet anymore. She wasnt amused. Later that day the aforementioned wife is holding the other one when it climbs up on her shoulder and falls off. On to a tiled floor. Thwack. Is probably the closest sound. I was pretty sure it wasnt going to get over it and later on, it started fitting, and then died. Thats gotta be some kind of record I would imagine. Two pets, 4 days, both dead.

"It is a remarkable fact that despite the worldwide expenditure of perhaps US$50 billion since 1990, and the efforts of tens of thousands of scientists worldwide, no human climate signal has yet been detected that is distinct from natural variation." Bob Carter, Research Professor of Geology, James Cook University, Townsville

I posted a recipe for cat in the lounge some time ago. I am sure that could be adapted for rabbit. ;P
