Hi all - my team is known as the BOILS team (horrible, isn't it?) which is an acronym for some business mumbo-jumbo that is really quite dull. Basically, we've started compiling a list of interesting things BOILS could stand for, starting with "Bureau of" - here's a few examples: Bureau of Increasingly Ludicrous Solutions Bureau of Indiscriminately Low Standards Bureau of Ignorant but Lovable Servants Bureau of Igloo Lighting Specialists So I've set up a website on one of our development servers to randomise a new one each day. We've sort of thought we want to throw it in our email signature, but having to do this by hand would be a pain. Anyone know of an easy way to add a MOTD/QOTD style thing to an Outlook signature short of an Outlook add-in? (don't want to resort to that... I should probably do some ACTUAL work...) EDIT: I did it! Used a VBA macro... now to make it only send internally :~ And while you're listening, any creative meanings for BOILS? :)

This was the first thing that occurred to me, don't you have something productive to do?

In my case I was going to sleep until 9, so reading the Lounge until now isn't in the way of productive work. Problem is I still have some reading to do.

You have to create the sig in Word, and use a variable.
