Win7 Freezing Up

Has anyone else been experiencing Win7/64 freezing up for a seconds at a time? It started for me a week or so ago, and they're starting to migrate our machines at work to Win7, and those machines are seeing it happen.

"Why don't you tie a kerosene-soaked rag around your ankles so the ants won't climb up and eat your candy ass." - Dale Earnhardt, 1997It happens to me too, but only when I'm working, so I guess it's from a combination of the various programs I have opened at that time: VS 2008, SQL MS, Opera borwser, Feedreader 3, etc. I have a i5 processor with 4 gigs of RAM. Luckily, it doesn't happen when I'm playing GT Legends. :) Awesome game, BTW.
