I'm nobody to advise you on this but my suggestion is to not think too much about it. It would be real torture yeah but the more you think about it, the more your mental health will deteriorate like you said and eventually have an impact on your physical health. And hey, we need the "Repost! :P"er back in you. The Lounge would be a gloomy place without that. :D EDIT: And this not a repost in case you had any ideas. :D
