      It's cos of the media coverage. Does anyone really care how long it takes to get a few hundred Brits out of somewhere they knew was dangerous? The media blow it up, the government have to respond, they say very sorry, won't happen again, we all say good make sure it doesn't and instantly forget about it.

            yes they do dont they, but as they havent been at the job long and combined with the fact that the previous lot were still cocking it up after 15 years at least we can hope they will learn

              This could come expensive, as the French governement owns the copyright for it.
