Life has been created in a laboratory. And the beginning of life is so easy to explain I shall leave it as an excercise for the religious nutters to research and explain why they think it is difficult.

I think that deserves a link. All my search comes up with is Creation of a Bacterial Cell Controlled by a Chemically Synthesized Genome[^].

When I read this I thought: 'Wow! Have one and seventy of the jarring sects been confuted? Has the science now been settled?'. Alas, Googling revealed: No. So, which is your favourite hypothesis?

And... You only believe in them because you were brainwashed as a child. That is tantamount to child abuse and should be banned. People then use this old bollocks to impose rules against free will, to castigate others and to wage war. The leaders of these 'religions' are useless turds who have to sit and pontificate on morals and why people should obey them because they are to thick and lazy to do a real job. And why does Islam subjugate women? Wear this, do that etc? Because those who make the rules are ineffectual little men with tiny penises and big egos. Evolutionary speaking, it was women who choose men, they selected for the abiity to raise children, which is why humans are alone in the Ape family in having small canines. Men didn't fight one another for the right to breed, unlike bulls or lions or goats etc. This is why religions are shit, they do not take into account the real world or the reasons things happen. Good luck when you die, for oblivion awaits, and that is why Atheists don't start wars, they know that this life is the only one you have, so don't waste it on praying to flying ghosts.

I've always wondered if we somehow, magically removed religion from the planet whether humans would invent some other excuse to go to war.

Humans need no excuse to go to war, the drive is innate to human nature for the survival of the clan. Trading between clans may mitigate the need to compete, but, if that fails, the clan must wage war for essential resources, or be subsumed into another clan. This innate drive is used by rulers to promote wars of survival or acquisition. Countries need to unite a confederacy of clans in a common cause. Religion is merely one way of differentiating "us" from "them". We can always find others, even if we have to invent them: e.g., World War 1 the Germans became "the Hun", depicted as barbarians and savages with no respect for European civilisation and humanitarian values. (For wars of acquisition, the promise of Rape and Pillage is often sufficient - another unpleasant trait in humans.)

This seem to support my point, while we (I) blame religion for most of the wars in history it may be that if religion was not there another excuse would be found and we'd still have a very bloody history.

I deny the existance of gods because they do not exist. That does not exempt me from talking about religion. Religions is a dangerous out dated concept that needs to be eradicated in order for humans to progress.

Well ... you cannot produce evidence that anything do NOT exist. You can only produce evidence THAT it exists.
