No, I used to have a modified google search that excluded expert sexchange from the results. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well with Chrome and searching from the address bar / highlight. I suspect that EE will get a very brief "spike" in visitor numbers followed by a large drop...

If you go read the comments on that Ars story, the first dozen or so posts are all folks telling Experts Exchange to shove it where the sun don't shine. :)

Reading the comments somehow managed to encourage me to read the Wikipedia article about SO. Oh, yeah, because I'm tired of searching and finding non- to semi-helpful answers originating from SO. Anyway.... So why is Wikipedia's CP article so....wimpy?

You are a little too harsh; Experts Exchange is annoying but not useless. In fact I find it far more useful and relevant than the fashionable Stack Overflow or Code Guru.
