    Following on from my successful rollback to VS2008, I managed to deactivate the hotkeys - I can find plenty of websites to tell me what they are, but none on reactivating them. Is there a switch or to I have to dig out a settings file and import it?

      I think best is to export settings from backup or some other machine.

        In the end devenv /ResetSettings from the Visual Studio command prompt did it...
