I shouldn't worry, it only effects women.

Every man can tell how many goats or sheep he possesses, but not how many friends.

I don't see two arrows. I do however see a series of dots, which if I stare at for 30 seconds I can clearly see a lion drinking from a waterhole and in the background a herd of wilderbeast are roaming with a carefree abandon......on second thoughts i think its just the halucigenic effects of the dodgy cucumber.

It might have come from Spain...

No, it definitely came from Aldi's :) Just to contextualise, there is a hierarchy of grocers in the UK and they are as follows... Marks and Spencers, Waitrose and Specialist bespoke markets - These are the creme de la creme, for those with a passion for quality. Sainsburys - Aspirational, not quite in the upper echelon, but not bad at all. Tesco - Standard fare at a reasonable price, ideal for families on average/good wages. Morrisons - A bit like Tesco, but catering for those in the north, so things like chutney will be there, but Pâte d'amande recette will not! Asda - Definitely sub-prime, makes a good thing about its cheapness, for people on low wages. Lidl - Very cheap, pile 'em high sell 'em low business model, for those on benefits who don't mind what actually goes into the food. Netto - A place where insects live and where people steal the food because they are so poor and desperate. Aldi - A skip, sometimes has rotten food in it, but you have to move a dead cat out of the way first.

This story[^] mentions 7 people in the UK with E.coli, altho 4 of them are German nationals. What I find interesting is the quote from a WHO spokesman: "This strain has never been seen in an outbreak situation before" So it may have been seen other situations then, like maybe in a Lab situation? How did it get out of the lab?

It may just depend on the area. I doubt if it's corporate policy to sell spoiled goods. :)

Eh, What I read in that is that "it's never been isolated in patients before", just because "they" hadn't infected anyone with it before doesn't mean it didn't exist :-D

Grumble. The article appears to've been updated sometime between when I read it and you did. The quote you're showing is new, as is most of the detail in the first 2 paragraphs.
