      Yes, that sometimes happens to old people. It may even happen to me someday, though I'm not sure when, exactly. It might even happen to you, if you're not careful. From reading his brief bio I gather that he was loved by many, and despised by quite a few. To my thinking, that means he lived a meaningful life. Good for him! I've been told that, if you're not pissing someone off, you're not doing your job effectively. I still have a few doubts about that philosophy, as in my personal and professional life I've managed to be quite effective and keep the peace, but the argument has merit. Those who don't make waves have no impact, and leave no mark on the world. Mr. Husain has left his mark and moved on; well done, sir, and happy trails I wish for you! :-D

        Damn! I must be hotter than I thought! I'll go and demand a pay rise immediately! Trouble is that the people who piss me off are the ones who can't do their jobs (and who therefore focus all their time and energy on making noise and trying to make themselves look needed).

          I can think of a few people who were despised by quite a few and did not by any standards lead a meaningful life....
