    Here[^]. It's tiny, and pops up a Yes/No messagebox every time a program puts something in a StartUp folder or in one of the start-up sections of the registry. The "No" option simply removes the entry, clean and quick.

      Use WinPatrol (http://www.winpatrol.com/[^]) -- More than just monitoring startups like host file protection, Internet Explorer hijack-protection etc.
