Message written into a vote not appearing in articles messages

I voted an article and wrote a message to the vote. After pressing Vote button the vote counter was increased but the message isn't appearing in the articles messages. The article is: Code Project - Frequently Asked Questions Series 1: The ASP.Net GridView[^]

I faced the same problem while voting some article. Seems my Vote is accepted by I can't see the message.
