Where would I find a pre-built database?

Hi All, I have designed and started to create a program to do with food calories and came accross the lovely problem of either having to research and collect thousands of bits of data or try and source it else where. Does anyone have any idea where you can purchase databases from, I know they exist but I can't find them! Cheers

There are lots of databases available. I think you are essentially after the data to put in one. Something like this?[^] Or this?[^]

sorry yes slightly wrong wording I would like to source the data not the actually database
