Hi, If you need to create truly uncrackable product keys for your application, you may want to check out the SoftActivate Licensing SDK. The product is completeley free, including most of the source code. You can find it here: http://www.softactivate.com/ It is written in both C++ and C#, supports x86, x64 and .NET platforms. It has C, C++ and .NET native APIs and includes many samples and a lot of documentation. It is also Unicode-ready. The product uses asymmetric Elliptic Curve Cryptography to create short, yet uncrackable product keys using public/private key pairs and digital signatures.
