    Happy thanksgiving local and nomadic Canadian buddies. May your bellies stuffed, and hearts filled with thanks and love. to everyone a positive relax day. Had my thanksgiving yesterday. Wife, My lil ZombieKidlet (she likes nibbling on people. was cute at first, then the lower and upper teeth came in. Has yet to draw blood), and my dad, we all went swimming while my pepper dry rubbed sirloin tip roast was cookin in it's own "steam room". My daughter's first time swimming(she's 8 months now) and she quite enjoyed it. placed her in a inner tube like thing and she proceeded to tred in a circle. Normally doesn't have issues with water with the exception of having her hair washed. Oh the roast was so good. I was worried as this cut of meat one would need a longer marinade time due to being lean, I did a 24 hour marinade in soy sauce, balsamic vinagar, and few other things.inserting spice in to a few stab'd areas. Turned out very well. Meat just melted and was not dry. side with oven roasted vegetables. :cool: I'm still good. we all chilled out after all the exercise and good meal, I'm still feeling plump. Hope everyone has a good'r. :coffee: (suggesting we need a coffee emote)

    ///////////////// -Negative, I am a meat popsicle.
