Gene Hackman.

Sean Connery. There was a radio and TV bond prior to the movies.

Harrison Ford.

Bill Paxton? The connection is that Lady Gaga would willingly sleep with anyone who can do an impression of the aforementioned.

Third actor to play James Bond... If you really being a pedant it could be Sean Connery as he reprised the role between George Lazenby and Roger Moore...

All were in movies about being in submarines and/or submersibles? Gene Hackman - Crimson Tide Harrison Ford - K-19 the Widowmaker Sean Connery - The Hunt for Red October Bill Paxton - Titanic U-571
Specifically they were all Submarine Commanders. Bill Paxton was in U571, he never commanded a submarine in Titanic, but I will give you the Tin of Beans.

I was pretty doubtful of my answer specifically because of Titanic. Didn't seem like a movie you'd reference in one of these games. :)
-
The James Bond one's a bit debatable. The radio series version pre Bob Holness had Jimmy Bond as an American.

The names were [relatively] easy, but the connection I had no idea about. I toyed with "Mr J Beiber has had wet dreams about them", another possibly true but unverifiable connection. :-D

There was someone between Connery and Moore, did 2 movies IIRC... I bet DD's counting the actor from the first Casino Royale, which would make the guy after Connery. The other 2, I have no idea, except wasn't Kevin Bacon in Apollo 13?
