*sigh* After working in San Jose, CA for the last three month, I have to go back to Germany tomorrow. While here it's still about 17° C (60° F), in Germany it's -5° C (23° F). Aargh. I didn't take any sweaters with me, because I expected California to be warm. I didn't thought about my return X| Anyway, I had a really great time in San Jose, and I would really like to stay longer (Maybe this happens, because United Airlines filed for Chapter 11). But on the other hand I am glad to see my girlfriend again. Haven't seen her for 13 weeks :( It's sad that I haven't meet any CPians here, but I've had a really busy time here. I travelled through half of northern Califoria and took about 2000 photos (a digital camera is worthwhile, otherwise I would have 50 films to develop). I hope I can get back to California some time. Nish, are there any vacant jobs in your new company? Regards Thomas Sonork id: 100.10453 Thömmi

Even better - Budweiser is banned in Germany! (this might have something to do with it being brewed from Rice instead of Barley :~) Anna :rose: www.annasplace.me.uk

We have "Budweiser" in Germany ;P just not the "American" one. Maybe that's why it's banned:confused:

Ah but you have the real stuff - Budweiser Budvar. The US beer doesn't meet the German Purity Laws...hence the ban. OK I admit it. I used to be a CAMRA beer taster... Anna :rose: www.annasplace.me.uk
