How to deal with re-posts in "Question and Answers" section?

    For example, Open Partial View as a popup[^] wich options should be choose for setup in creating c# windows setup file[^] If there are reposts and if it is left unanswered without providing a solution (solution already provided in original post), then the unanswered question will be available in "Unanswered" section and would lead to view the question again and again my other people. This is an overhead.
