    No, you re just now saying "against civilian population" and the chemicals aren't banned, only banned against civilians. Also, on the other side of the story, is only Israel expected to follow treaties? Does Palestine?

    ok, Israel is using chemical weapons that are banned against civilian use on Palestinian civilians. Does that now make sense to you or should I make it more elaborate. Had I known that you have a reading disability, I would have made it more elaborate in my first post itself.

        My original post to which you replied was in fact about Israel. You may want to go back and read it again. It was in no way a side tangent. I hope you now realize why I had to make that comment.
