Dear Mr. Ex President Clinton: I recently saw a bumper sticker that said, "Thank me, I voted for Clinton-Gore." So, I sat down and reflected on that, and I am sending my "Thank you" for what you have done, specifically: 1. Thank you for introducing us to Jennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, Dolly Kyle Browning, Kathleen Willey, and Juanita Broderick. Did I leave anyone out? 2. Thank you for teaching my 8 year old about oral sex. I had really planned to wait until they were older to discuss it with them, but now they know more about it than I did as a senior in college. 3. Thank you for showing us that sexual harassment in the work place (especially the White House) and on the job is OK, and all you have to know is what the meaning of "is" is. It really is great to know that certain sexual acts are not sex, and one person may have sex while the other one involved does NOT have sex. 4. Thank you for reintroducing the concept of impeachment to a new generation and demonstrating that the ridiculous plot of the movie "Wag the Dog" could be plausible after all. 5. Thanks for making Jimmy Carter look competent, Gerald Ford look graceful, Richard Nixon look honest, Lyndon Johnson look truthful, and John Kennedy look moral. 6. Thank you for the 73 House and Senate witnesses who have pled the 5th Amendment and 17 witnesses who have fled the country to avoid testifying about Democratic campaign fund raising. 7. Thank you, for the 19 charges, 8 convictions, and 4 imprisonments from the Whitewater "mess" and the 55 criminal charges and 32 criminal convictions (so far) in the other "Clinton" scandals. 8. Thanks also for reducing our military by half, "gutting" much of our foreign policy, and flying all over the world on "vacations" carefully disguised as necessary trips. 9. Thank you, also, for "finding" millions of dollars --- I really didn't need it in the first place, and I can't think of a more well deserving group of recipients for my hard-earned dollars than jet fuel for all of your globe-trotting. I understand you, the family and your cronies have logged in more time aboard Air Force One than any other administration. 10. Now that you've left the White House, thanks for the 140 pardons of convicted felons and indicted felons-in-exile. We will love to have them rejoin society. 11. Thanks also for removing the White House silverware. I'm sure that Laura Bush didn't like the pattern anyway. Also, enjoy the housewarming gifts you've received from your "friends". 12. Thanks to

So much ado about white stains on blue dresses. [...]Clinton, who supported an agreement started in 1993 with secret talks between Israel and the PLO. These negotiations were arranged by Terje Rød Larsen of the Norwegian Labour Party. A provision in the agreement called for the release of Palestinian prisoners who were not involved in HAMAS or other terrorist organizations. Here is where it gets tricky because one of the prisoners was Mahmoud Abed Atta, a Palestinian who fired on a bus killing the driver in 1986. He was released, but he is not the Egyptian Mohammed Atta who officials believe was a key player in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Centers. The Israeli Justice Minstry officials say they never had the Egyptian Mohammed Atta in custody. THANK YOU, Mister Ackerman, for copypasting republican spam into the soapbox [edit]without disclaimer whatsoever[/edit].

THANK YOU, Mister Ackerman, for copypasting republican spam into the soapbox [edit]without disclaimer whatsoever[/edit]. 'bout time we had a little something other than the usual left-wing, anti-american, Bush bashing drivel. And I see no disclaimers or source references in your post either: why should I believe you over Mr. Ackerman? peterchen wrote: So much ado about white stains on blue dresses. Such a casual dismissal of reprehensible behavior on the part of the "leader of the free world"...! Next you'll be complaining that Bush "stole" the White House from Al... [discaimer: opinion follows] IMHO Clinton was arguably the best politician ever elected to the Presidency, and one of the worst Presidents ever to serve. [/disclaimer]

I notice that of 14 good points, only one was refuted. Never in the history of the US have we had a president that could equal the level of depravity and immorality that the Clintons demonstrated. They called Reagan "The Teflon President" but he was a raw beginner compared to Slick Willy. Reagan was dumb, but he wasn't an immoral sociopath like Bill. What appalls me most is that the Great Unwashed allowed that SOB a second term to further embarrass and humiliate us publicly! Why do we continue to let imbeciles vote? Lets just cut out the middleman and place them in COngress where they belong without the expense of an election. I received the contents in an e-mail from my previous employer, who received it from someone else... Urban Legend no doubt. It struck a chord within me when I first read it, which is why I posted it here. I wasn't too concerned about the Atta accusation - I don't really believe that link is valid. In retrospect, I probably should've removed that paragraph. Unfortunately, its written in the first person. I probably should've included a disclaimer at the beginning. Awhile back I posted a Dear Abby letter also written in the first person, and received a lot of comments and suggestions that indicated that the readers believed that I was talking from personal experience. Go figure... I also chose the Soapbox instead of the lounge. It did promote some discussion however which I feel is always good. Steven J. Ain't that the truth. The rulers only have the power that the people let them have, but since 9/11 (I still can't read that without seeing 9 Nov) the american people have just handed themselves over to the leadership like sheep. Bush (not the US) is going to war with Iraq whether they meet the conditions of the UN or not, he is so desperate to have his pound of Saddam its ridiculous. I am not defending Saddam, but its amusing that all the axis-of-evil countries are those that have no truck with what the US want. And as for the US being the only worlds superpower. I am sorry but what about China? If it came to picking a war between the US and China I'd choose to fight the US. Why? well as soon as American soldiers started getting killed the US leadership will be undermined my grass-roots pressure to have their boys home. If it wasn't for 9/11 the US would be happily withdrawing from the rest of the world like the republicans appeared to want to when they entered office. oh and you might just enjoy this - there about 6 flash thingies controlled by the buttons at the bottom http://www.foulds2000.freeserve.co.uk/bushv6.htm[^]

But here again, a very generalized, liberal definition is being employed and it's wrong
