You can still access the pages. Google for something, then when it loads hit the stop button on your browser before it goes to the blackout screen.

Using the Google Chrome's Developer Tools is the best way I think. In Google Chrome, Right Click the page -> Inspect Element -> on Elements tab click <div id="mw-SOPAoverlay"> line -> on the right side on Styles expander -> double-click the space between { and } then type display: none -> then on Elements tab click the <div id="content" ... line -> on the right side on Styles expander -> change display: none to display: block Cheers.

Not if the URL starts with en. but when you put in another i.e. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parse_tree[^] with http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parse_tree[^] But Pete has stated that turning of Javascript will also get around it

There are so many ways already discussed. Let me also tell one of the ways which I actually used in my previous company to access BLOCKED important information. Search for the content on Google. If it has a Wikipedia link it will be available on the very first page. Add 'wiki' to the search keyword to increase the possibility of it being shown on the first page. Now when you have the link. Click on Google's 'cache' link. Google cache is updated "very" frequently. There you are! You have the information you want. Although it doesn't look very good, it has worked for me many a times. :)
