        You and me both, sister; see my post below. I especially need the salad. The weather outside's been frightful, so I've not been running outside and had to make do with the cardio machines. That, in combination with my 'low moral fiber diet', means my weight has been creeping up :-O.

              Hurumph, now I'm hungry but I'm not going to Hungary this weekend. Instead Mrs Wife and the Ickles are coming to me. Maybe I'll find some cake elsewhere.

                                          We had a very big one for my son's birthday party, few days ago. The inner part (rich of chocolate) was fairly shared between me and The Wife just yesterday afternoon. :)
