I work from home and use Comcast cable internet services. Just ran a speed test and I'm getting 18Mbps down and 4.5Mbps up ... pretty snappy

Yeah, it's sad to be so glad to have two T1's at work... :laugh: At home I have Comcast, 30-35Mbps down and 6 up.

At work, we have 2 DSL lines and 2 networks. 12Mbps down and only and .5Mbps up. We could get a bonded pair connection but its maxed at 3Mbps up/down. Divide that by 17 connections and them wanting $1700/month for that! Makes me glad that I'm normally the only one on one network. At home we only have 1.5Mbps down and .3Mbps up. That's what we get for living in the sticks. They did recently upgrade though, from tin cans and string to piano wire!

Eh... I haven't read all the comments but the ones I've read were complaining too. My self have nothing to complain about ISP. I live in Portugal and have both at home and office I have 100Mb (8Mb Upload) fiber optic connection. 360Mb plans are already available too. Have a look at http://www.zon.pt ADSL connections are also a pretty good option for those that don't have cable of fiber optic running by their door. 4G also just arrived here. I haven't tested it yet but they promise 100Mb. I use an HSDPA USB PEN when I'm on the road and it rocks. Cheers!

Our office is in a sort of odd location where we end up having to pay for leased lines to be run to our office... so just about anything is expensive. X|

I don't know if that's you case but most of the time that happens because of the location expenses but also usually lack infrastructure conditions. It's a drawback that must be well thought when establishing an company anywhere. Good luck mate! :)
