      The vast majority of the CPians have a good high paying job, so they really do not care about how their country unleashes terror in other countries to control their resources and to keep the war business going.         Just out of interest. How much do you need to earn in your country to be considered as a high income earner? Here in South Africa, it is safe to say that the vast majority of developers are middle income earners, earning between $3000 and $5300 per month. I consider a high income earner to be somebody that earns at least $10k per month.

          In India, anything above $1000 can be considered high income.

                That may be true, but that is because of the exchange rate. The real comparison should be based on Purchasing Power Parity and inflation rate. Just using one figure is neither here nor there. As anywhere in the world, people (including developers) in US work hard for the money they earn. Again, as anywhere in the world, people employed in IT sector are generally paid higher than other sectors.
