Today, my coworkers were talking about dream. What if that horrible dream came true :^) Then other colleague were suggesting some method to avoid dream to come true. Then I suggested: Check if the AC is working properly, or check if you are sleeping in improper position. or check if your stomach is not malfunctioning. My colleague didn't like my idea

What would the world be like if Dr Martin Luther King hadn't eaten that cheese?

Yawn. A dream is just that: a dream; it's not real and it isn't going to come true or I'd be a multi-billionaire by now.

No, an artifact in a dream may represent merely that artifact - hence, a cake in a dream may be just representing that; a cake. A dream in itself are unguided thoughts, and they might not be real (like the actor on TV isn't real), but that doesn't make them less thought. No, it's not possible to predict the future, but one can pick up a dangerous situation without being aware of it and dream about the dangers.
