From where to start programing on windows Azure

Hello, i have been working with C# sockets and servers for quit a while, and now i want to create my server on windows azure but i don't have any knowledge of it so i have the following questions: 1.From where to start?(any good tutorial? with a lot of explanations ) 2.Do i need to learn something else, for example "advanced threading" ?
