How many hours do you sleep per night?

Usually 7-8 on a weekday, 10-12 on weekends depending on how busy my liver was during the night. Sleeping 12+ hours on weekends used to be normal for me (without drinking), until I got my sleep apnea under control.

I used to get 8-9hrs pretty much ever night. About a year ago wife gave birth to our first child and though I got about 7-8 hours a night, it was interrupted 4-5 times every night for about 359 days (but who's counting right?). I've been getting 8 straight for about 2 weeks, and today happens to be the first day I actually felt rested. Well I did in the morning, I'm dragging now. Maybe another month of decent sleep...

I wondered when someone would mention kids, we have 12 month old twins, I don't think I've had more than four hours in a row in the last year. It's not the waking up that kills me it's the waking up to the sound of screaming

Probably about 6 but we have small kids who don't like to sleep so usually up at least three times a night. I did manage 20 in 24 hours a few weeks ago but I was pretty sick.

Usually between 7 to 8. Sometimes 1 hour more or less.
