Thanks to all of you who suggested that I try out Latte :-) I did today. Had a 120 ml cup for USD 2.20/ I think that was a little too expensive though. Tasted good specially after I added tonnes of sugar :-) I managed to burn my tongue and the upper portions of my jaw :-) Was in an enthusiastic mood after getting the smell of milkish coffee after a while. I dont always talk like this using broken sentences :-) Nish

Lots of great ethnically diverse foods! Near there, on El Camino Blvd, is the best pizza place in the Bay Area: "Franky, Johnny, and Luigi's". It was still there last year when I visited. Marc Help! You should find an Indian restaurant and see if it tastes like Mama used to make. A friend who was Vietnamese ( still is, I guess, but I don't know him anymore ) who went into a Vietnamese restaurant and got kicked out, so he kept walking back in, getting kicked out, until they threatened to call the cops. He asked me why they did that, his request was perfectly reasonable. He was trying to order sweet and sour dog. They are easy to fold. Fold a napkin into a big triangle, then roll it up, starting at the wide end. It should be about as thick as your finger. Now fold it around the glass and tuck it into itself, so the whole this is wrapped around on an angle. It should now fit nicely into your hand as you lift the glass. Alas, I have never had a latte...I have had tons of cappucinos and espressos though. One of my roommates drank 12 espressos (bigger than regular size, he has an espresso machine) in one night once. He was so wired we could talk him into anything. First, he called the student health services and asked them (talking unbelievably fast), "I just drank 12 cups of espresso, am I going to die?". Then we gave him a gorilla mask, put him in a shopping cart, gave him an umbrella, and went on rampage through the dorms. This was so hilarious it's hard to imagine, not only was my roommate acting like a retard, we got the funniest looks and responses from people. Nice. :) I finally got around to trying one a couple of months ago (at Waterloo Station in London). Until then, I never realised Latte was just milky coffee. :laugh: Having said that since then I've discovered I do prefer Megan's recommendation (Mocha Frappacino from Starbucks) though! In the UK most indian food is from northern India too. In fact, many 'indian' resteraunts are pakinstani or bangladeshi ! If you do get to the UK, go to Mr. Kahns, Wilmslow Road, Rushbury in Manchester *homer hmmmmm indian* Elaine (gastranomic fluffy tigress) The tigress is here :D
