If the Dutch leave, who will pay all the bills? Germany will not allow it, we know what happens to countries that are a tank drive away from Germany, don't we. I wonder if France is prepared for the Neuer Deutscher Blitzkrieg that will engulf Northern Europe? I'm not sure how "had to move" makes sense, why not just: "De Nederlanders kunnen maar beter alvast gaan inpakken!"
Well, 'getting packing' as a precursor to 'moving', that was as far as my limited Dutch would go. :) But yes, I can see your sentence makes better sense. This is what google gave me: 'De Nederlanders maar beter beginnen met inpakken'
