Where Did The Resource Editor Go?

It's been a long while, and many versions of VS installed since the last time I wanted to create an icon for an app, but there used to be a simple icon editor. I can't find it in VS2010; has it been retired? If so, what do you use for creating icons?

If you go into Solution Explorer and Add a new or existing icon file, the editor will automatically open up with the file.
