Sam Dalby, a self-employed painter and decorator, uncovered a face of Jesus Christ on a wall while working on a barn conversion[^] "He said that although he had been moved by the holy picture it had not stopped him finishing his decorating duties and coating Jesus with two coats of off-white emulsion." Since nobody knows what Jesus looked like, how the hell would he know it's a depiction of his face? As a Christian, stuff like this makes me cringe.

If I were a christian and I believed that to be a sign, I would do everything I could to ensure that it wasn't removed.
