Is it me, or are Amazon's scripts deteriating with old age? For example, my "items despatching soon" list tells me my goods should be with me in around -1 days (as an estimate, you understand). Also, I have written to them, without any reply, about various script bugs that have cropped up, namely; 1) The "Look inside this book" feature doesn't work for some pages, either giving me a missing image or a thumbnail image 2) The sorting feature is a mess. Sorting books by a certain field is a joke sometimes - I can't remember the last time it worked flawlessly. In my opinion, for such a large range of books, the sorting and filtering options are nowhere near as good as they should be. 3) The "list all reviews" option doesn't work for certain books, presenting me with a blank list of reviews instead of showing me all of them. Also, my goods have been in "these goods are being prepared for dispatch" status for 3 days. I can't cancel them on this status. Very clever, Amazon. What, it has taken 3 days to wrap them has it? Whilst you're at it, perhaps you could ship my goods on the back of a tortoise from Japan to delay them further perhaps? Sorry for the rant, but when I made my first purchase on Amazon in '98, I remembered how great the service was. Instant despatch, answered e-mails, working scripts. Ahh. :)

I guess it's to do with how big they've gotten. Althought that shouldn't be used as an excuse. Personally I haven't come across many problems with Amazon but I haven't spent all that much time there. Regards, Brian Dela :-)
